At Ziggoboot, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our high-quality booties. However, if the product does not meet your expectations or an issue occurs, we are happy to assist you with returns or refunds as per the following guidelines.

- Photos or videos showing the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect product).
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Our customer support team will confirm your request within 1-2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

- A replacement or full refund will be processed after verification.

- If the order has not been processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- If the order has been shipped, you must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the return process (applies to the normal return policy).
